Pazzia

In other Italian news, I went back to Pazzia on 3rd and Folsom streets today for lunch. The thin-crust pizza is still quite excellent (I am told, I had…), the porcini mushroom tortelloni are also quite good. A co-worker ordered the scallopini and said he was disappointed, but I do recall their kitchen being a little weak in meats — the saltimbocca I had there a few years ago was overcooked. Service is still very Italian so allow 90 minutes for lunch.
